Actually these photos didn't get taken until he was 9 weeks. We have had a sanctifying month in the Hinkle household with our little one. Isaiah went to see the doctor at 6 weeks and was diagnosed with colic, then went to the doctor again for his 2 month check up and was diagnosed with reflux. We call him our special child. He is now on meds for the reflux which seem to be making a big difference in his overall outlook on life. Isaiah is now able to eat (most of the time) without screaming, and he is sleeping much better. Isaiah now takes about 3 short naps and one long nap during the day. (I am sure as soon as I share this with everyone he will decide he doesn't want to do that anymore.)
He is getting so big and giving us more smiles during the day. In spite of all the difficulties, we love having our little boy and it is so fun for us to see him growing.

What a wonderful and blessed outlook little girl! We are so-o happy that he is doing better, and we will continue to pray. I love the pictures, especially the last one (happy face).
ReplyDeleteWow! He just keeps on growing and changing...sigh...guess that is what babies do! So glad to hear that he is NAPPING, sleeping better at night, and eating easier! Enjoy these nap times...I know it will be a foreign concept to you after 2 months of not having them!
ReplyDeletewow! poor Isaiah and parents! glad they figured things out for him. Hope you are doing well!

This is Grandma. Grandpa says Isaiah has big eyes like Grandma does.
ReplyDeleteWe miss you all. We love all of the pictures.
